Hey Parents/Guardians, because of such a growing response of participants in our WAC program Parents/guardians are being asked to volunteer to help this year. This is a great way to support this wonderful program and also see all the great things your kids are experiencing and learning at WAC. We are requesting that you fill these spots for at least a month this year. Please select the spots you would be able to fill. There will be a sign-up for which month you would like to volunteer at the WAC Kick-off and registration night on September 20th. A parent/guardian volunteer schedule will be e-mailed by October. 

As the parent (or guardian) of the above named attendee, I grant permission for my son or daughter to attend Wakefield Covenant Church’s 2023-2024 activities and events and authorize Wakefield Covenant Church and its staff, volunteers, and chaperons, to transport and supervise my child in connection with his or her attendance at the various activities throughout the 2023-2024 school year. I do further hereby give, release, absolve, indemnify, and agree to hold harmless, Wakefield Covenant Church, its Board, staff, volunteers, chaperones, and persons transporting my son/daughter to and from the activity and associated activities from any claim arising out of injury to my son or daughter, except to the extent such harm is the result of the gross negligence of Wakefield Covenant Church or such other party seeking to enforce this release.

As the parent (or guardian) of the above named attendee, I grant permission for my childs photograph to be used on Wakefield Covenant's social media, website, and printed bulletins.
